Realme has launched Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A "Pocaket-friendly" smartphones to target young people, especially those who have style and gaming performance above all. The company wanted to create a new sub-brand to emphasize these features, and create a different personality for it, which would otherwise be simple low-cost phones. Both Realme Narzo 10 and Realme Narzo 10A are priced to meet specific goals, and they slot below Realme 6. Today, we will review the Narzo 10, which is the more expensive model of both.
Realme Narzo 10 Summary
The Realme Narzo 10 is a low-cost phone that claims to offer a great experience for young gamers thanks to the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. It has an interesting look with subtle stripes down the back that appear to shift as you turn the phone under the light. It feels well built but is a little heavy thanks to the 5000mAh battery. The 6.5-inch display is quite good and the HD resolution won't stress the processor too much, but some might prefer a crisper full-HD panel at this price. There are no variants, so you can only get this phone with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage in India. Gaming performance is quite good, though we did feel the upper rear get a bit warm while playing heavy games. Battery life is excellent and you can get well over a day of usage out of each charge. The cameras are largely average, with the primary one doing well in the daytime but the wide-angle and macro cameras feeling a little sub-par. Low light photography isn't great, and video is also limited in quality.
Realme Narzo 10 Display
The 6.5-inch display has HD + 720x1600-pixel resolution. Some buyers may prefer a full-HD panel, and you can find it in other phones at this price level. For gaming however, a lower resolution means less stress on the GPU, so this can actually be an advantage.
Realme Narzo 10 Software
The highlight of this phone is its MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, which is aimed at gamers. The Helio G-Series chips have powerful integrated graphics capabilities, and will be our first experience with the G80, though others in the series have proven themselves in the past. It has two 2GHz ARM Cortex-A75 cores for power and six for efficiency and Cortex A55 cores. MediaTek states that it can dynamically manage CPUs, GPUs, and memory based on the demands of heat, power, and various usage scenarios.
Realme Narzo 10 Cameras
The realme Narzo 10 comes with a powerful 48MP AI Quad Camera, which combines the power of four different lenses to capture the perfect picture in all scenarios. Particularly, the high resolution 48MP primary lens helps produce ultra clear and beautiful photos.
Realme Narzo 10 Battery Life
One of the Realme Narzo 10's best assets is its 5000mAh battery. In our experience, the phone lasted through a full day of use, which included about an hour of playing games, streaming a full-length movie, and lots of casual Internet usage. We were left with over 30 percent on the battery indicator at the end of a full day. Our HD video loop test ran for an incredible 25 hours, 31 minutes. For many buyers, this will more than make up for the phone's weight.
Realme Narzo 10 Price in India
Realme Narzo 10 price in India starts from ₹ 11,999. The lowest price of Realme Narzo 10 is ₹ 11,999 at Flipkart on 17th May 2020.
